Your physique actually begins to crave sugary high calorie food, and the more high sugar high taste food that is presented to you to eat, then the more this craving is fed, the more your body becomes habituated to this particular high sugar high taste diet and the more you will pill on the pounds.

When Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig and many others sell you a diet , they're selling you a miss leading idea.

They suggest couple of things, firstly that the diet you consume is normal and as soon as you have carried out their program you are able to go back to the way you ate before, and secondly that you'll require their program and special cooked meals to shed weight.
