The first and the most basic level is called the introduction class or the level one. This is the most basic class for people who are beginners. These classes concentrate on teaching the students the skills of yogic breathing and correct alignment. Their muscles are normally engaged in different beneficial postures. This first level has a number of different classes including the yogalates which is a combination of yoga and Pilates. Yoga Nidra which means yogic sleep is another type of yogic workout. This sleep is guided through meditation and relaxation therefore leaving the body relaxed and completely refreshed. There is also prenatal yoga which is done by expectant women. It also helps to induce sleep, reduce stress and increase the flexibility and strength of the muscles that are used for labor. It helps the women to learn good breathing techniques and body awareness on how to respond to the needs of their babies.

The more advanced levels of this procedure including the second and third give the students the chance to take their skill to the next level. One example of this class is the hot 26 where the room is heated to 90 or 95 degrees and a series of 26 positions are done and repeated the second time. The detox flow is similar but it is done at a much higher temperature.

This workout is a good way to get rid of toxins in the body and also improve flexibility. Students usually carry sticky mats and water when going to these classes. This is possibly the best way to start a day with great movements that help in energizing the mind and body for the work of the whole day.
